VIDEO VISITS
In addition to in-office services, Jennifer Palmer, PsyD & Associates offers HIPAA-compliant telehealth services for Illinois residents, and for those in states participating in PSYPACT (check your state’s PSYPACT status here). The incorporation of video visits into your work with us will be discussed further upon scheduling.
Our Services
🚩Update for testing & therapy services (July 2025): We continue to be closed to new patients at this time. Before we consider opening our waitlist again, we are reaching out to patients who contacted us in 2024 as spots open up. If you reached out during that time, please note that we have many more requests for services than we have available testing and/or therapy spots, so we highly encourage you to look into the referrals we provided via our response email. We will update here on the website when we open up again. 🚩
🚩Update for groups (July 2025): Our groups are currently on pause. You are welcome to reach out with your information to be added to our waitlist for future groups (example groups: neurodivergent young men group, teen LGBTQIA+ group). Please note that we will not get back to you about groups immediately, but will reach out when groups resume to see if the group would be a good fit for you.🚩
